    Your first question might be: "What is 'Almira'?" It's a name and a word, and it means "of a higher birth order," and we're big on birth in the context of creation around here. The word "Mastery" doesn't require a lot of explanation, but there are interesting angles from which it can be viewed, which is explored in great depth everywhere in this program, and especially under any reference to "responsibility." "Systems" is also self-explanatory, but there is magic in the root "sy," which you'll find in words such as synthesis, synchronicity, synergy, symbiosis, symphony, and the list goes on. It's the cooperative functioning of a multiplicity of parts which, when working properly and together, work as one.

It's all pretty straightforward and self-emplanatory, but the the order is important, and guidelines will be inserted here and there regarding about where you'd want to be with other components.

    The New Dispensation (if you will) for Earth is "What Do You Want?" The reason that this is all-important is because you are defined not by what you think you are, but by what you want, and therefore by extension by what you want to be. What do we mean by that? Let's give an example. Let's say that what you want is to kick a particular habit. The normal thinking goes like this: I want to quit or stop this or that, but the Universe doesn't understand the words "quit" or "stop" and therefore doesn't know how to supply what you want. The Universe only understands pictures, which themselves must depict a state of being. In other words, how do you picture stopping something? That's related to the old adage, how do you try to do something? You can't; you can only do something. What, then, do you picture? You picture a state of being. You picture yourself as you ARE free of whatever the habit is. Now the Universe, with your cooperation, knows what to make fact in your world.

    Let's take it a step further. Let's say you want an 80 foot sailing yacht. What, then, by extension, do you want to BE? Answer: you want to BE the updated version of you that now owns a beautiful boat. It's a state of being. From the moment that you "place the order" for your boat, signs, indications, ideas, opportunities, will then begin to appear in your path that must be seized upon and utilized in order to create the required means which enables you to acquire your boat. On the other hand, perhaps all you do is enter a drawing to win that boat, but in order for that to happen an attendant action is always likewise required, in this case to physically carry out the action necessary to enter the contest.

    AMS's mission is to show you that it is not only your birthright to create, but it is your responsibility and therefore is something that you must do now. Who do you think does all the creating around here? YOU do. How are we going to bring in the New World? We can tell you this without reservation: we're not going to change the old one. We're going to create a new one, and anybody that wants to live in the New World may in fact choose to do so. So, it's never not about the manifestation of something new. In short, you're not really changing anything but instead manifesting something entirely new. Why? Because you are your attention. If your attention is upon that which you want to change, then your attention remains on the problem and not the objective. Change is a process, and how do you visualize a process? You don't. You visualize the objective, which is very well fleshed out by the Student & Guru and Havalla teachings, and by OOPS, our Object Oriented Precipitation System, a sort of Aladdin's lamp (we prefer "quantum creation engine") that you tell what you want and it will start the domino effect on the causal plane to bring it about.

    Self-empowerment, plain and simple. Putting the power back into the hands of the people is precisely how the New World will come into being. It isn't something happening to the people of Earth; it's something that can only happen through and by the people of Earth.

    So, how do you get what you want? First you have to determine what you want. Secondly, you have to design it in your head and be able to visualize it. Once that is done, you should know very clearly what the objective (or object) is. Thirdly, you command the Universe to deliver the goods. And lastly, you BE the objective. Do you want to quit smoking? Then BE the version of you that doesn't smoke. You want a boat? Then BE an owner of a boat that does in fact already exist (otherwise you wouldn't have been able to picture it in the first place) and is simply awaiting the optimal juncture in spacetime to become fact in your experience. It restructures your brain to function, perceive and process information more holographically. It tunes your DNA to ring in perfect unison with the higher order harmonics with which the Earth is being bombarded, and you therefore become a much more harmonious "relay station" of a self-similar harmonic that is unique because of you and your beautiful place in this grand and beautiful symphony. Because of the holographic aspect of the alchemy, you'll see far deeper into the teachings, well nigh unto the extent that what you'll KNOW will be difficult to put into words.

    The tools you'll find under "Transformation" are preprogrammed OOPS intents that will both accelerate and "smoothify" your rapid transition, and even those of you who are relatively insensitive to subtle energies will unmistakably feel the action of those canned programs if you pay very close attention, especially in meditative states. Those of you who are sensitive to subtle energy might find your hair being blown back.

    And finally, perhaps it's already occurred to you that based upon what is written above OOPS isn't even necessary, which is in fact true, but manifestation requires focus, and in our hectic way of life in Western Culture it can be difficult to maintain the necessary focus. Make no mistake, your imagination is the most important component to this (and is your only limitation), but OOPS will maintain a razor sharp and penetrating focus on your behalf and by proxy. That's the difference. You could say it's the lazy person's method of manifestation. Eventually, if we have succeeded in any way, you will dispense with OOPS, and with us for that matter, and be able to create anything you want anytime you want and you'd be doing it for the sheer joy and playfulness of creation, for creation at its very core is the very definition of joy. And we'll prove it. Empowerment is freedom, and once it fully sinks in that you are virtually unlimited, joy becomes the natural state of being.
