After a time, presumably after you have gone through a course of Zynergy or other alchemical preparation and some meditative practice in conjunction with it, you are able to simply close your eyes and sink into a deep meditative state without mantras or focusing on breathing. After you have begun using either Zerolight or Astralight, this meditation becomes profoundly expansive and yet centering. These two concepts, "expansive" and "centering," are at the top of the list of concepts that very well describe the transmutation of the human mechanism to its higher form.

Sit comfortably, back as upright as is comfortable. Hands in lap. Tongue gently against the upper row of teeth. Jaw relaxed. Eyes relaxed. Chest relaxed, and breathing through the nose. Your mantra is silence, establishing a completely nonlocal "presence" within and without the Great Silence. If your mind wanders into thoughts, concepts, even images, gently return your mind to the Great Silence, to the extent that you also SEE the silence.
